Dr. Johnson possesses a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master’s of Science in Criminal Justice/Criminal Justice Administration from Coppin State University; Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Applied Management and Decision Sciences with a specialization in Finance at Walden University and Honorary Doctor of Divinity/Ministry at Universal Life Church (2011). She has written publications and law review journals. Dr. Johnson served as a Fulbright Scholar Reviewer for the Law Committee and served as an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice and Legal Services at the Baltimore City Community College, and a Graduate Assistant for the Criminal Justice Department at Coppin State University. Dr. Johnson has also served as a long-term substitute teacher at various Baltimore City Public Schools teaching both English and Mathematics and has assisted students in receiving scholarships from eCollege.com.
