As part of the settlement agreement between the Department of Justice, City of Baltimore and the Baltimore Police Department, the City is required to establish a Community Oversight Task Force to recommend reforms to the current system of civilian oversight. The members, appointed by Mayor Catherine Pugh, must be Baltimore City residents and representative of the diverse communities of Baltimore.
