The Community Oversight Task Force (COTF) invites you to comment on its report recommending a comprehensive and independent system of civilian accountability for the Baltimore Police Department. The COTF’s report was filed on June 29, 2018.  Comments are welcome until August 10, 2018.  After we review comments and make revisions, a final report will be posted to the city’s website.  Thank you for your feedback.
